I used to believe I was an impostor

I used to think I was an impostor.

Not because it was true,
but because my nervous system kept treating every sales moment like a threat…
and my mind built a story to explain the feeling.

For years I believed selling was talent.
That a great product would speak for itself.
That if I worked harder and built something better, the world would notice.

It didn’t.

Not because the world is unfair,
but because biology doesn’t reward effort.

It rewards clarity, safety, and conviction.

I kept hitting the same wall.
Built companies.

Trained teams.

Burned my voice.

Burned my energy.

And every time I thought I finally “got it”…
pressure exposed what I hadn’t trained.

That’s when something simple became obvious:

It’s not the script.
It’s the state.

Most people think sales is a logic problem.
It isn’t.

It’s a regulation problem.

Your body scans the room and asks:

  • Am I safe?

  • Will I lose status?

  • Will I be rejected?

  • Will I look stupid?

When the answer feels like “maybe”…
your system shifts into protection mode.

You talk too much.
You discount too fast.
You justify your price.
You chase.
You try to be liked.

And the buyer feels it.

Not your words.
Your physiology.

So I stopped chasing the perfect phrasing
and started studying the only thing that reliably closes deals:

Presence under pressure.

I went looking for people who sell like breathing.
Natural Salesmen.

I watched what happened inside them when the deal was on the line.

Not their lines.
Their nervous system.

Their stillness.
Their pacing.
Their ability to hold silence without filling it with need.
Their capacity to stay warm… without becoming soft.
Clear… without becoming aggressive.

That’s not personality.
That’s training.

So I trained it.
I still train it.

Because the goal isn’t to build a better image.
It’s to stop being run by one.

Here’s what you should know before you give me a single cent:

This isn’t inspiration.
It’s conditioning.

A daily audit of the reflexes that make you collapse:

  • The need to be liked.

  • The urge to over-explain.

  • The fear of silence.

  • The panic when they push back.

  • The craving for validation disguised as “being helpful.”

A Natural Salesman doesn’t “fight” these patterns.
He recognizes them early, at the level of sensation.
And what you can see clearly… stops driving you.

Then you install a new default:

Calm.
Clear.
Unreactive.

One sharper question.
One cleaner boundary.
One higher standard.
Repeated until it’s automatic.

That’s what I send you each day.

Not tips.
Micro-corrections that rewire your selling because they rewire you.

And now we take it further with The Simulator
